Tech Toolbox is written by Noreen Seebacher, who started the site when she was technology editor of Real Estate Media’s GlobeSt.com and author of its tech blog, Realty Bytes. The toolbox was designed to showcase new and existing technologies with potential benefits for commercial real estate professionals. But even technology has its limits: It couldn’t prevent cutbacks at GlobeSt.com–or the loss of her position. So where’s that leave the toolbox? Like every other toolbox past its prime, it’s still around…collecting dust, a bit of rust and, occasionally, an unexpected new addition.
